Most agents use the “3 P” method of Putting a sign in the ground, Putting it in MLS and then Praying that it sells. We take a proactive approach in finding where the buyers are and making sure your property is in front of them and, additionally, has the best shot of being found when it fits their criteria. We have been known to use direct mail, cold call prospecting, and other aggressive methods for selling our properties.

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. We pay to have your property highlighted or featured profiles on the major national search portals such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and Homes.com and many other search sites to make sure our listings are as prominently displayed as possible. Current research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 92% of home buyers now begin the buying process online.

As quickly as possible after receiving your signed listing contract, we have your home professionally photographed and prepare and print a professional color flyer or brochure. We make a point of having high quality marketing materials for all of our listings available at each of our properties and promoted on social media.
